Our 14-day guarantee

If you can't get your first video within 14 days of your purchase by following the setup guide:

• Email [email protected] with your order email and a screenshot of where you got stuck.
• We'll help you until it works.
• If it still doesn't work, we refund the full price to your original payment method.

The guarantee covers the product working on your computer. It doesn't cover the number of views, or what you pay to third parties (your AI plan or ElevenLabs).

Right of withdrawal

See section 7 of the Terms of sale. Refunds are processed through Stripe/Link and usually reach your account in 5–10 business days.
